Electronic Records and Signatures Disclosure & Consent
Last updated 2026-09-03
This disclosure explains your rights when you choose to sign documents electronically through Lee Realty e-Sign, operated by Lee Realty, LLC. Please read it carefully. By checking the consent box and signing a document electronically, you agree to the terms below.
1. Consent to use electronic records and signatures
You agree that documents and related disclosures may be provided to you electronically, and that your electronic signature on a document is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature. Under the U.S. ESIGN Act and applicable state UETA, electronic records and signatures are legally binding and enforceable.
2. Scope of your consent
Your consent applies to the specific document(s) you are invited to sign in a given signing session, together with any disclosures, notices, and the Certificate of Completion associated with them. It does not obligate you to conduct future transactions electronically.
3. Hardware and software you need
To access and retain electronic records you will need: a computer or mobile device with internet access; a current web browser that supports secure (TLS) connections; the ability to view and download PDF documents; a valid email address (and, where a code is required, the ability to receive email or SMS); and sufficient storage or a printer to keep copies.
4. Paper copies
You may request a paper copy of any document you sign through the Service by contacting sign@leerealtyllc.net. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies unless prohibited by law. You can also download and save your signed document, which is provided to you in PDF form on completion.
5. Withdrawing your consent
You may withdraw your consent to sign a particular document electronically at any time before you complete signing by declining to sign or by closing the signing session; in that case the document will not be signed by you electronically, and the sender may offer an alternative method. Withdrawing consent does not affect the validity of documents you already signed electronically.
6. Keeping your information current
It is your responsibility to keep the email address and phone number used for signing accurate and up to date so we can deliver documents and verification codes to you. Contact the sender or sign@leerealtyllc.net to update your information.
7. Retention of records
On completion, the signed document and its Certificate of Completion (an audit trail recording the signing events, timestamps, and IP addresses) are made available to you and the other parties. We recommend you download and retain a copy for your records. The document is cryptographically sealed so that any later alteration is detectable.
